Description: In this workshop the career development of a young person will be explored through drama techniques; in the uncertain, unpredictable, unexpected, chaotic modern life conditions, 21st century career paths and transitions can be affected by many internal and external factors. It is usually claimed that life is our choices. However, how can we safely navigate in this fast-changing world? Can we take advantage of complexity, chance, and change? What are the so-called transferable career skills and how can they develop? Can career decision-making self-efficacy skills be enhanced and measured? How can a versatile and flexible process such as Drama lead to the most desirable outcomes?
