Instructor: Tülay Üstündağ
Workshop Title: Brotherhood of the Grandfather’s Club
Duration: 3 Hours
Description: In the Brotherhood of the Grandfather’s Club workshop, the “abstract and reciprocal interactions that nourish, transform, and multiply one another” will be addressed through concrete steps leading toward books.
The workshop will connect themes from three children’s books—recognizing emotions, social relationships, science and technology, lifelong development, rights and responsibilities, and reducing inequalities—with creative drama activities.
These activities will be structured in a flow that allows adult participants to think freely, transform their ideas into a product, and establish multidimensional connections with the workshop process. With this planned flow, participants are expected to have unique experiences through role-playing and improvisations.
In the final part of the workshop, there will be space for reviewing the process, evaluating its effectiveness, and engaging in feedback exchanges. For this purpose, questions, answers, participant or facilitator perspectives, and forward-looking suggestions will be included.
With the wish to meet in health at the Brotherhood of the Grandfather’s Club workshop…
